When to avoid using a flow screener?
Its better not to confirm flow on expiry day, RBI announcements, budget, election result or any big event day which may impact uncertain movements.
Its better not to confirm flow before 10AM IST and after 2:30PM IST for intraday .
When to confirm the flow?
Intraday: Just before 20seconds-30seconds of flow time
Weekly: Just 10-15 minutes before from 3:30PM IST of last trading day of that week, mostly on friday if there is no trading holiday.
How long flow can be hold?
As long as against flow is not showing 90 and above.
Or, Intraday: against 0.42%, Weekly: against 2% can be consider as invalid flow.
How much can move against the flow?
Flow can move against 0.16% to 0.20% in intrady and then starts move according to flow.
Flow can move against 1% to 1.5% in wekkly and then starts move according to flow.
