Affiliate Partner Terms & Conditions

TradingINV.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an Affiliate Partner Program to reward partners for referring new customers. By participating in the Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “Partner”) agree to the following terms:

1. Affiliate Eligibility & Performance Requirements

• To remain an active Affiliate, you must refer at least 8 new customers within a 12-month period.

• Failure to meet this minimum referral requirement may result in termination of your affiliate status at our sole discretion.

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any Affiliate for violation of program rules or misconduct, without prior notice.

2. Commission Structure

• The standard commission rate is 20% of the qualifying subscription or product sale amount.

• Commission rates may vary for select individuals at our discretion.

• Only the first referrer who qualifies for a customer will receive the commission for that referral.

3. Tracking and Attribution

• The tracking cookie length for referrals is 60 days. Any purchase made within 60 days of the referral will be credited to the Affiliate.

• Subscription and lifetime commissions apply for a duration of 2000 days (approximately 5.5 years) from the date of the customer’s first purchase.

• Commissions will be calculated based on payments received during this period.

4. Payout Terms

• All affiliate commissions will be paid in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

• Payouts will be processed once per month.

• A payout will be generated only when your total commission balance exceeds INR 20,000.

• The maximum payout per month is INR 20,000. Any balance above this limit will roll over to the next month.

5. General Conditions

• TradingINV.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program or any individual Affiliate’s participation at any time without prior notice.

• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and may not engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior to earn commissions.

• We are not responsible for any tax obligations related to your commission earnings.
